Thank you to everybody who came out on a bitterly cold night to attend Monday’s Enniskerry Forum public meeting on the draft Wicklow County Development Plan. Well over one hundred people showed up and there was standing room only in the Powerscourt Arms, which is testament to how much the Enniskerry community cares about protecting the unique features and ambiance of our village for this and future generations.

Enniskerry Forum received extensive feedback from the community both during and since the meeting and the Forum is now working hard to ensure that this feedback is reflected in our community response to the draft development plan. We are hoping to publish a final draft of the proposed response by tonight (Wednesday 17th February) which will allow about 24 hours for any final comments to be made by the community before the submission deadline on Friday. As soon as this final draft response is available we will send out a further alert with a link to the text.
