This year’s Enniskerry Field Day takes place this Sunday from 11am to 5pm, and there truly is something for everyone at the event! There are lots of details on www.enniskerryfestival.ie but here are a few highlights for anyone feeling competitive!!

BEST DRESSED
This year we will be rewarding the Best Dressed Woman & Man on the field!!

The Best Dressed Woman competition is being sponsored by Smock Boutique in Enniskerry and a €250 voucher for will be awarded to the most stylish woman at this year’s event! Meanwhile, the Best Dressed Man will also receive a fabulous prize with thanks to Allen Menswear in Bray – a €250 voucher to get your wardrobe ready for Winter! Judging takes place between 2pm and 4pm (anonymously…you may get a tap on the shoulder!), with winners announced at 4.45pm on the Main Stage.

KIDS SPORTS
This year sees a new dimension to the Field Day – novelty sports (egg & spoon, etc) for children of all ages. They begin at 2.30pm so come along and cheer on your superstars!

CULINARY MASTERCHEFS
The culinary challenges this year include the Victoria Sponge and Jam-making competitions for adults, and the cupcake and vegetable vehicle competitions for children. Entries must be submitted in the main marquee by 12 noon!

DOG SHOW
This year’s dog show has prizes for everything from “Happiest Dog” to “Best in show”. Competitions begin at 12 noon and a detailed timetable is available on www.enniskerryfestival.ie.
