Repair and resurfacing work on the R117 (21 bends) will take place this week.

In order to facilitate these works there will be interruption to traffic flows and driving routes. A traffic management system will be in place on all days.

Wednesday to Friday a stop/go system will be in place on the R117 and an alternate route will be given to motorists if they wish to divert.

On Saturday a full road closure will be in place on the R117 and traffic will be diverted around the works. Local access will be provided to residents on the R117; however, some disruption to this may be inevitable.
