The new Wicklow County Development plan is being prepared by Wicklow County Council. Unlike previous plans, Enniskerry will no longer have its own Local Area Plan, but will be included in the main Wicklow plan.

The new draft plan, details of which are available by clicking here may have significant implications for the future of Enniskerry. Substantial rezoning and development is anticipated for Bray, Fassaroe and Enniskerry.
