The Bujinkan McInerney Dojo will be hosting an event on Saturday 13th December on behalf of IMAC – Irish Martial Arts Commission.

The event is to promote WIMA – women in martial arts. It will take place in the Enniskerry Community Hall from 12pm – 2pm and is free of charge.

It will provide a taster class for women of all ages who may have an interest in self defence through the martial art of Ninjutsu.

It will involve an introduction to the basics of this art including rolling, taijutsu (body movement), strikes, hanbojutsu (3 foot stick) and locks.

This class will be fun and and does not require a high level of physical fitness but simply women who might like to try something different!
