About Enniskerry Joint Parishes
Enniskerry Joint Parishes consists of the Roman Catholic Parish of Curtlestown, Enniskerry, Glencree and Kilmacanogue (“Enniskerry”), together with the Church of Ireland Parish of Powerscourt and Kilbride (“Powerscourt”). It forms part of the joint community activities which support both Parishes, including the Victorian Field Day, which draws support across the wider district surrounding the village of Enniskerry.

History of the Golf Classic
The Golf Classic has been held annually in Powerscourt Golf Club since 1996, been previously held in Kilternan Golf Club. This year’s classic marks the 25th time the classic will be held in Powerscourt Golf Club……this year on the 19th of September, as a Champagne Scramble. It is the 30th year of the event (we only missed 2020!)

Champagne scramble
Rules for Champagne Scramble. Each player drives off. The drive that is chosen must be played from the spot and all other team members are allowed to drop a ball as near as possible to that spot but not nearer the hole in play. The team chooses which drive they wish to play. THREE drives from each player must be used.
