A Phase 1 planning application has been made to Wicklow CoCo to develop over 48 hectares of land in Fasseroe and Monastery by the Cosgrave Property Group. 

It includes significant infrastructural changes to the locality to accommodate an initial 658 residential units, offices blocks, retail units, amenities, etc.
