A Classical Christmas with Ross Scanlon takes place this Sunday 18th December at 7pm in St Mary’s Church. There are just a few tickets remaining which are available from The Parting Glass in Enniskerry Village.
Back by popular demand, tenor Ross Scanlon will perform a wonderful evening of seasonal favourites in St Mary’s Church Enniskerry at 7pm on Sunday 18th December.
With mulled wine or fruit punch and mince pies to welcome you on arrival, a fantastic raffle, a Concert Choir, grand piano and much more, there could be no better way to get Christmas week off to a great start.
The concert this year will support Musical Memories, choirs for older people, especially those affected by memory loss and dementia, their families, friends and carers. More information on Musical Memories can be found on www.musicmatters.ie/musical-memories.html.
SECOND DATE ANOUNCED!
Due to the incredible level of interest, a second concert has been announced for the previous day, Saturday 17th December at 2.00pm. The format of the Saturday concert will be more informal, with Ross Scanlon and The Concert Choir each performing a short selection of their programme for Sunday night. The Musical Memories choir will also perform a number of pieces and the afternoon will finish with a lovely sing-along programme where we hope everybody will join in (song sheets will be provided). Admission is €10 at the door for Saturday’s concert, but nobody will be refused entry (unless there isn’t a seat left in the church!).
