Cosgrave Property Group have made a new planning application for 12 houses with an access road on to Ballyman Road.

This application is separate from the recent Fassaroe development (File 16999) but is strategically linked to it as it forms an access point onto the Ballyman Road which will then be joined up to Fassaroe and the N11.

Concerned residents should note the submission deadline for objections to Wicklow County Council is TUESDAY 14th FEB 2017. The cost is €20.
