Resurfacing works to the R117 road are planned for Tuesday 27th October to Friday 30th October

Wicklow County Council wish to advise motorists that emergency resurfacing works to the R117 road are planned for Tuesday 27th October to Friday 30th October, following failure of the surface dressing. Traffic management (stop/go system) will be in place on the 27th and 28th, for resurfacing works between the Texaco garage at Enniskerry to the Killigar road junction. The road will be closed on the 29th & 30th, from 09.30 to 16.30, between Killigar road and the County boundary for the surfacing of the road along this section. Traffic diversion shall be via Ballycorus road, Rathmichael road, Ferndale road, and Ballyman road. Wicklow County Council wish to apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused.
