Wicklow in Song with Regina Nathan will feature songs by Ina Boyle, Enniskerry native, past resident of Bushy Park House and one of Ireland’s most prolific composers. This Gathering Event showcases Three Centuries of the County’s history told through Thomas Moore’s Irish Melodies(1779-1852), songs celebrating Wicklow born Charles Stewart Parnell(1846-1891), and a selection of songs by Ina Boyle, one of Irelands most prolific composers(1889-1967) and native of Enniskerry. Jigs, reels and hornpipes performed by Anne Marie showcase the County’s mining and traditional music heritage.

The recital takes place in Kilruddery House’s Orangery Room this 23rd August.

Tickets are €30 with surplus proceeds going to the Wicklow Hospice.
