Due to the great success and incredible enjoyment of the 2012 Enniskerry Victorian Field Day the date for 2013 has been set.

The popular family fun day is due to take place again next September the 15th at Knocklinn Farm on the Ballyman Road. The weekend will be kicked off with a traditional Victorian Rag Man’s Ball on the night of Friday the 13th of September 2013.

Last year this unique event attracted almost 4,000 people! The fantastic programme will repeat the popular shows and activities such as steam threshing, sheaf pitching, tug of war, vintage car and tractor shows, arts & crafts and of course the delicious and much bigger food fair. Other highlights which will have mass appeal across the generations and will include the pony and carriage rides, a dog show, puppetry, nail driving, arm wrestling, horseshoe throwing, archery, falconry, bucking bronco, carousels, a climbing wall and much more.

We are encouraging people to come along in traditional Victorian dress to add to the spirit of the day. There will be some fantastic prizes on offer and guest appearances by celebrities throughout the day! So come and enjoy the flavors, fun and fall festivities.
