Finnerty School of Irish Dancing brings traditional Irish dancing to this beautiful Irish village of Enniskerry, Co Wicklow.
Set up over 6 years ago by Breeda and Jamie Finnerty, classes are held on Saturday mornings and Thursday afternoons. We started in the Bog Meadow Community Hall but as our numbers grew we needed an even larger facility and were delighted to move to our current home at the Parochial Hall, situated in the centre of the village. At present classes are held on Saturday morning 10.30a.m. for young children and for older children on Saturday mornings at 11.00 a.m. and Thursday afternoons at 4.00 p.m.
The Finnerty School of Irish Dancing has grown from strength to strength and is proud to say that some wonderful young dancers have been part of the class over the years. The photo above includes some of our team who were successful at the South Leinster Regional Championships held in November in Wexford.
