I had 25 kids 8-11 yrs of age with me with a group of parents and a few other siblings. Like the previous post, he had blocked the route with a Quad bike and the kids were in "my opinion" practically attacked by the "hound" which was not on a lead and was constantly jumping at the kids barking. I was told by said person that I was in breach of a "High Court" order which I knew nothing about and would have to turn back as I was on Private Land and did not have permission to be there. As far as I was aware from Albert's book this was an old right of way and I could not bring a group of kids along a main road back to the bus stop. It upset some of the smaller kids I had with me and I had some very angry parents. If this guy had a problem then I don't see why he couldn't have approached me in a civilized manner without the need for such intimidatory behaviour.
